Happy 10th Anniversary to Us!

All next week, September 16 through the 20th, we are going to be celebrating Island Tea Company’s 10th Anniversary! We have planned and prepped, shopped and baked, wrapped and beribboned “Thank you for your support!” gifts, and I think we are ready to just have some fun! Our local customers will be treated to complementary sweets and tea and we’ll have door prize drawings! We know that many of you will not be able to come 🙁 , so we have a drawing just for you! In a sweet little white washed basket we have a package of Biringer’s Pumpkin Pecan Tea Cookies, a package of Grandma’s Pumpkin Pie Tea, honey straws and a little autumn theme coaster. It is so hard to believe that more than 10 years have passed since I hung the shop’s welcome banner out for the first time. It has been the greatest adventure growing a little business here on Whidbey Island. Sometimes I think, only here on Whidbey could I have been able to do this. I’ve met so many wonderful people, and many of my customers have become dear friends. Lots of sweet memories, yes indeed!
