ORDERING & PAYMENTS
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Please note: Your credit card information is used to process your order only and is not maintained on our website or stored in our office.
Washington State customers will have sales tax added to merchandise and shipping.
Whidbey Island Customers: If your order is shipping to a Whidbey Island address (Clinton, Coupeville, Freeland, Greenbank, Langley, or Oak Harbor), please enter the code ISLANDER in the discount box at checkout. A discount of $2.00, an offset for shipping, will be applied to your order.
We usually ship within 48 to 72 hours of order receipt. Orders during special events may take longer to ship. Packages are generally shipped via First Class (if small) or USPS Priority Mail, unless UPS is more cost effective due to size and weight of an order. If your order is large, you may receive more than one package. Delivery or shipping charges are calculated on merchandise subtotal before any coupon or voucher is applied. Our shopping cart is set up to process United States orders only. However, we invite our Canadian customers to contact us via email. We ship via USPS First Class International Post. Shipping to Canada begins at $26.00.
During periods of high volume, such as sales and holidays, delivery may be delayed. We will attempt to let you know should this occur.
Merchandise Total Shipping
We are very careful in our product selection and carefully inspect all merchandise before shipping to you. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us immediately upon receipt.
*Returns with the original purchase receipt will be exchanged or refunded in the original tender.
*Once opened, tea and food items are not returnable.
*Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase and in original condition and packaging.
*Shipping charges are not refundable.
