Warm greetings to you! Welcome to my little home on the web. Once the name of my tea and herbal business, Joyful Alchemy is now simply my blog—a place to write and share content focused on slowing down, living more mindfully, and embracing the beauty and magic of every season. I believe that strengthening our connection with nature can bring more joy and peace not only to our own lives, but also to our families and communities.

From my small studio, with walls the color of the early morning sky, I’ll be sharing glimpses into my island life, tips and thoughts on sustainable living, cozy recipes, crafts, and simple DIY projects, many of which will incorporate herbs and flowers harvested from my own gardens or the fields and forests where I live.
