We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Please note: Your credit card information is used to process your order only and is not maintained on our website or stored in our office. 

SALES TAX

Washington State customers will have sales tax added to gift merchandise and their shipping. Tea and herbs are not taxable, nor is their shipping portion.

SHIPPING

We usually ship within 48 to 72 hours of order receipt. Orders during special events may take longer to ship. Packages are generally shipped via First Class (if small) or USPS Priority Mail, unless UPS is more cost effective due to size and weight of an order.  If your order is large, you may receive more than one package. Our shopping cart is set up to process United States orders only.

During periods of high volume, such as sales and holidays, delivery may be delayed.  We will attempt to let you know should this occur.
